About Coaching
Coaching is a way of providing people with personal support that is committed to their success and development. As your coach, I will support you in making a difference to your life by encouraging your personal and / or professional growth. I will work with you to enhance your quality of life and to show you ways in which you can achieve your goals.
As your coach, I will help you to:

During the coaching, I will fully respect your beliefs and values. At all times you will be empowered to make your own choices and decisions. I will not try to guide you towards my ideals, tell you how to live your life or tell you how to do things. I will use my experience to help you to find your own way and keep you moving along that way.
My mission is to provide high quality coaching that will facilitate real and lasting changes. For me the best part of my role is when clients discover that they can achieve far beyond their current perceptions.
Coaching is very effective and the benefits can be enhanced further using adventurous activities. I have found that getting clients to an “It’s amazing that we / I did that… I never thought I would be able to… I wonder what else is possible?” state of mind is a powerful catalyst for change and development.
One-to-one coaching is just as effective over the phone so I am able to coach you wherever you are in the world. I look forward to working with you towards your own personal definition of success!
